Warning: The picture ahead is hella graphic and may make some viewers throw up in their mouths

We all know drugs are never going to be your body's BFF, but a gross viral photo is showing EXACTLY what cocaine abuse can do to you.

Dentist Howard Farran posted a picture of "palatal perforation due to cocaine abuse" on his Facebook page (basically a huge hole where there should NOT be a huge hole).

DrugAddictionTreatment says: Under the influence of cocaine, the sympathetic nervous system significantly narrows blood vessels throughout the body, including the vessels that send blood to the tissues in the nasal cavity.

Consequences of this narrowing include an increase in blood pressure and a drop in the amount of blood that can easily flow through the vessels at any given time.

Without their required blood supply, the tissues in the nasal cavity start to undergo destructive changes in their normal level of function and overall health.

According to drugs advice website Talk To Frank, cocaine can cause problems with anxiety and paranoia, exacerbate existing mental health conditions, cause fits and heart attacks and destroy the cartilage in your nose.

Cocaine was referenced on 169 people's death certificates in 2013.

Let's look at cheesecakes instead so we don't get nightmares:
