Ever since the birth of emoji, the world has been a better, more joyful place. Why? Because an emoji expresses what cannot be said in words, whether it's the sass of the girl holding out her hand emoji, the devastation of the broken heart emoji, or the EVERYTHING-ness of the smiling pile of poop emoji.

So, emoji for sexting seems like a natural fit. Sexting is awkward and difficult, emoji make conversations ten times easier and better. It's a match made in sexual heaven (the place with all the multiple orgasms). So REJOICE, because someone has gone ahead and made our lives better, creating Flirtmoji - emoji for sexting.

Created by four designers who were fed up of the difficulty of implementing regular emoji into sexual conversations (seriously, sending the moon face emoji is a total mood killer. Who knew?), Flirtmoji are sexual stickers to copy and paste into messages. They range from subtle flirtation - a strawberry dipped in chocolate, a booty call, and a can of whipped cream - to straight up raunch, with emoji-fied vulvas, bondage, and nipple tassels all making an appearance.

"Particularly with sex, we felt that it was so crucial that everyone feel sexually represented," Flirtmoji artist Katy McCarthy told The Verge. Which explains the massive amount of variety available. Whether you're into more cuddly, typically romantic stuff (think teddy bears and boxes of chocolate), or handcuffs and dildos, Flirtmoji definitely has you covered, emoji-wise.

McCarthy also hopes that Flirtmoji will help people to communicate more comfortably about sex. "I think with sex there are things that are really hard to say and hard to ask for,and that's such a beautiful window to be able to provide someone with language." she says. "I want people to sext. I want people to have more candid conversations. It would be so rad if this caused people to have real, deep, hard conversations about sex and various kinks. I want that for everyone."
